I found Bello Remodeling on Thumbtack. I was looking for a contractor to install windows I had received from the supplier who provided the windows when the house was built, a warranty issue. Unlike some other major companies contacted, Bello responded almost immediately to my enquiry. Rowland was super responsive, open and honest. Abel and his team were amazing, super friendly and professional. The team definitely were leave no trace and took away all the old windows packaging and cleaned the windows installed. Super impressed and would definitely use for other projects, highly recommend.

His team uncovered an issue with our walls when they were going to install a sliding door and were quick to repair it. This company is absolutely the best! In a world where the customer is no longer king and integrity and pride in your hard work are rare, this company stands out because Rowland and his team stand by those values. Aside from beautiful work (and they are so respectful and careful not to cause any damage in your home, and assiduously clean up after their work), they are superlative in their professionalism and customer service. The guys drove back last week after I called, 25 minutes after they left, when I realized that a couple of blinds had not been installed. It was our fault because of a communications snafu and neither my husband nor I noticed it when we did the walk-through with the team. As I said, we were admiring the gorgeous new windows when we realized, oh right, the blinds are missing on the laundry and toilet room windows. Nevertheless, the guys drove back and, although we were mortified and embarrassed, they greeted us with smiles and reassured us it was ok that we were a couple of morons. Our blinds were quickly and skillfully re-installed, and we expressed our great appreciation to both Rowland and his team members. So yes, absolutely, not only will we be asking Bello to finish replacing the upstairs windows in the near future, we will also contract the company for a variety of renovation projects that we will launch in the coming year.
