In a world where the customer is no longer king and integrity and pride in your hard work are rare, this company stands out because Rowland and his team stand by those values. Aside from beautiful work (and they are so respectful and careful not to cause any damage in your home, and assiduously clean up after their work), they are superlative in their professionalism and customer service. The guys drove back last week after I called, 25 minutes after they left, when I realized that a couple of blinds had not been installed. It was our fault because of a communications snafu and neither my husband nor I noticed it when we did the walk-through with the team. "I’ve had a lot of work done on homes by a lot of different contractors over the years, but I’ve never had an experience like we had with Bello Remodeling. We had been approached by another window company (long story short they were like rabid timeshare sellers who quoted us 72k for our windows 😱). I let him know of our prior experience and he assured us that his team would give us a totally different experience. Our house has 39 windows, most were original from 1983.
