Rowland helped us replace exterior siding walls and couple of windows. He wasn’t the lowest quote we got, but the good attitude and communication made us select him. The work took a little bit longer due to the rain but quality is very good. The best part is he is always reachable by text or email during and after the project. And addressed all issues promptly. What a great experience we had with Bello Remodeling replacing all our windows, siding and paint. We chose this company because of the lowest bid, but more importantly because of Rowland himself, and we were not disappointed. What a breath of fresh air to have the Owner either show up or call everyday to see how everything was going…not the norm, and we have dealt with many contractors over the years. His team lead by Able and Tony did an amazing, professional job, all the while with pleasant attitudes. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.
